Video appears to show top Saddam deputy
A series of videos appeared online purporting to show Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri, the highest-ranking member of Saddam Hussein's ousted regime, deriding Iraq's current Shi'ite lead leadership. According to the US military, Al-Douri, who is currently at large, helped finance the Sunni insurgency in Iraq. He was the 'king of clubs' in a deck of playing cards used by the US troops following the 2003 invasion to identify the most-wanted regime officials. Al-Douri served as a military commander and vice president in the Iraqi dictator's regime. He was last seen on video shortly after the invasion of Iraq.
